House, early C19. Rendered with double Roman clay tiled roof (no copings) shared
brick chimney stack left-hand side. 3-storey elevation of 2-bays, with 6-panel
door with rectangular fanlight to right-hand bay up three steps: door surround
of Regency pattern (hood and brackets, which probably matched No 32 (q.v) now
missing). 16-pane sash windows to ground and first floor in plain openings: at
second floor level the left-hand window recess is blind, the right-hand has an
8-pane sash. Stone plinth. The interior not seen. One of an irregular terrace of
early C19 houses on a sloping site of considerable group value.
