Commercial offices, early C20. Brick with asbestos cement slate roof. 3-storeys.
Modern shopfront with black glass fascia to whole of ground floor. 4-pane sash
windows, 3 to first floor and 4 to second floor, in plain openings with flat
gauged brick arches over. The interior not inspected. Building included because
of its position in a key group in the setting to the Church of St John Baptist.
