1/128 Former Granary to Vagg Farm 20
metres East of The White House

Granary, possibly of the late C18. Timber frame with creosoted timber
weatherboarding, with Welsh slated pyramidal roof (Turnerised) over 2 bottom
courses of stone slates, with stone hips and finial, complete with iron
windvane. Square on plan, the building is raised on brick staddes with stone
caps, in 3-rows of 4. Doorways to East and West side, of which only the latter
is now used, being reached by four stone steps. It has a simple fanlight over.
The building about 5 metres deep and broad.
