Farmhouse. Dated 1748. Stone rendered and colourwashed; Bridgwater patent clay interlocking tiles between coped gables;
brick end chimney stacks. "L"-plan; 2 storeys, 5 bays. To lower bays 1 and 2 are 16-pane sash windows; to bay 3 a C20
rendered and tiled porch; to bays 4 and 5 two-light casements with small panes; above to all bays small 2-light windows
with single horizontal glazing bars; set centrally under eaves a rectangular stone with hood and base mould having a
shouldered arched panel with flower motif and date 1748. Projection and outshut to rear. Inside several old doorways
with boarded doors, also some 6-panel doors. To the East the former dairy of a single storey with Welsh slate roof and
brick chimney stack.
