House in row. Late C18. Local stone rendered, Doulting stone dressings; concrete double Roman tiles with plain gable
and abutment; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, plain pilasters; 16-pane sash windows in plain
surrounds; central 6-panel door in stone surround with flat Doric pilasters entablature and pediment. Interior not
seen.
