House in row, incorporating former shop. Early C19. Local stone rendered, with ashlar base; asbestos cement slate roof
with plain gable and abutment; brick chimney stack to East gable. 3 storeys, single bay. 6-panel door to left having
rectangular margined fanlight; to right set in former Regency style shopfront is a 12-pane sash window with margins;
slim timber reeded pilasters and shallow slightly bowed fascia remain; to first floor a 12-pane sash window, and to
second a 6-pane sash. Interior not seen.
