House with shop in row. Probably C19 refronting. Local stone rendered and ashlar lined, with colourwashing; concrete
double Roman tiles with coped gable to East and continuation to West; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys. 3 bays. Bay
1 has c1900 shopfront with 2-light window and return to recessed doorway on right, having plain panelled pilasters and
plain deep fascia with 4-acanthus console brackets supporting shutter box and hood, no window above: to lower bay 2
Regency style 4-panel door in recess with reeded timber surround; above and to both levels bay 3 are 16-pane sash
windows. Extension to rear (No 35A) with plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses. Interior not seen.
