Cottage in row. C18 with modifications. Local stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; stone slate roof with plain
gable to West; brick end chimney stack. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. 12-pane sash windows to outer bays, with
keystoned lintels to ground floor; central recessed doorway with 1930's door and leaded fanlight; above this a 4-pane
casement window and above again a pitched roof dormer with 2-light casement window. Interior not seen.
