House, in row. Probably C18 origins. Local stone, rendered with ashlar lining, colourwashed; double Roman clay tiles
over stone slate base courses, plain bargeboarded eaves to East; brick chimney stack to West end. 2 storeys, 1 bay.
Modern steel casement windows in plain surrounds; to left plain boarded door in plain opening. Interior not seen.
Adjoins No.10 (qv). Primarily included for group value.
