House in row. Probably C18, but modified in early C20. Local stone rubble with Doulting stone dressings; brick eaves
course; concrete double Roman tiles with plain gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, with attic, irregular
fenestration. Part glazed entrance door on left in architraved surround with flat stone hood on corbel brackets, to
right a 4-pane sash window with similar architrave, hood and brackets; above two 4-pane sashes of different sizes and
levels with architraved surrounds; in roof a pitched-roof dormer with casement windows. Interior not seen. Primarily
included for group value.
