Cottage in row. C19. Doulting stone ashlar facade, with local stone plinth and return walls; hipped Welsh slate roof;
central brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Plinth, band course, corner flat pilasters with Doric caps; 12-pane
sash windows in slight segmentally arched recesses, the lower windows having margins. Entrance to rear, off Grove
Alley. Siting suggests it to be earlier than Patwell House (qv) to which it is linked by a short wing wall.
