House in row. C18. Local stone rubble with Doulting stone dressings; Welsh slate roof behind parapet; brick end chimney
stacks. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. Plinth, cornice, low plain parapet; 16-pane sash windows set flush, with exposed
timber lintels; central recessed doorway with surround of flat Doric pilasters, entablature and pediment, on either
side small ovolo mould mullioned windows without labels, 1-light left and 3-light right; 3 flat roofed dormers with
casement windows. Interiors not seen.
