Detached house. Late C18. Local stone rubble, with red brick facade in Flemish bond; plain clay tile roof over stone
slate base courses between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 12-pane sash windows in plain
openings with gauged brick flat arches; central 6-panel door in semi-circular arched recess, with plain fanlight, set
in timber surround of flat Doric pilasters with incised arch motif surmounted by open pediment hood. To rear, a
2-storey workshop in red brick, probably C19, with plain tile roof; outside brick and stone access stairs to first
floor; timber windows. Interior not seen.
