5/12 Church Farmhouse



Farmhouse. Dated 1637, but remodelled in C18 and C20 Local stone coursed rubble; plain clay tile roof over stone slate
base courses, simple gables; brick end chimney stacks. U-plan. 2 storeys, 3-bay West, roadside, elevation. 16-pane sash
windows in plain openings, both levels; old casement window high in South gable; entrance in rear, with nearby
datestone of 1637. Interior much altered. Included primarily for group value.
