Detached house. C18, modified. Local stone coursed rubble with ashlar dressing; plain clay tile roof with simple
gables. behind low parpaet on North elevation; rendered end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, simple course
moulded and plain parapet; keystone smooth ashlar surrounds with triple keystones to 4 pane sash windows; to centre bay
a 6-fielded panel door with Regency pattern cast iron semi circular fanlight over, set in painted timber surround with
fluted Tuscan pilasters supporting extablature with metopes and rosettes, with .odillioned pedimRt. Interior not seen.
