Pair cottages. c1840. Local stone rubble with plain ashlar quoins; Welsh slate roof with plain bargeboarded gables;
central brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays each; of which the two centre bays project with double gable. Outer
bays have plain boarded doors, that to no. 648 with glazed panel, no porch or window above : inner bays have 30 pane
horizontal sliding sash windows in plain raised ashlar surrounds. Interiors not seen. In prominent position opposite
Church of SS Peter and Paul (qv).
