Farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone coursed rubble; Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch between coped gables; brick end
chimney stacks. 'L'-plan; 2 storeys, 4-bay East elevation, of which bay 1 may be later. 16-pane sash windows under
voussoired flat arched openings, but to bay 3 a composite 4 + 12 + 4 pane window below and a 12-pane sash above;
entrance to rear in angle formed by rear wing of same date. Interior not seen.
