Cottage. Dated 1724. Local stone squared rubble, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with simple gables; stone chimney stack to East. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Chamfered mullioned windows in slight recesses, without labels, having leaded lights, some in iron opening casements, all 2-light except lower bay 1 which is 4-light: central boarded door in heavy frame, with C20 concrete hood. Plaque between upper bay 1 and 2 windows bears date 1724.
