GV II

Detached house. Early C19. Local stone cut and squared with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof between coped gables;
stone chimney stacks. Complex plan. 2 storeys; 4 bay North elevation, of which bay 4 is gabled. Chamfered mullioned
2-light windows with square heads and labels, margined casement infills; C20 window upper bay 3, and plain parapeted
flat roofed bay of 1-3-1 lights to lower bay 4: part glazed door in elliptical arch under square label to bay 3.
Matching double gabled elevation to West-roadside. Interior not seen.
