Detached cottage. Dated 1672. Local stone rubble; diagonal asbestos cement slate roof with plain overhanging gables;
brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Relatively large 2-light leaded casement windows with iron framed opening
lights having loop catches, under timber lintols: label mould linking outer ground floor windows, running across
central doorway which has heavy frame and boarded door on wrot iron strap hinges; early C20 timber and Welsh slate
porch hood; between the windows of upper bays 2 and 3 a plaque with incised simple design and "I.C.1672". Skylight in
roof. Interior not seen.
