Shop with house. C19. Local stone squared rubble coursed; plain clay tile roof with abutment to West, simple East
gable; brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 4-light sash windows above; below two angled projecting shop windows on
low stone stall-risers, with central recessed glazed door: continuous slim fascia over, finished with lead flat roof.
Interior not seen. Included for group value.
