Portion of larger house. Probably early C19. Rendered, with rusticated ashlar corner pilasters; hipped Welsh slate
roof; rendered chimney stacks with moulded stone cappings. 'L'-plan; 2 storeys, 4 bays, of which bay 4 projects.
12-pane sash windows, with boxes set flush and masked by timber architraves, no window upper bay 2, and 2 windows lower
bay 4, with matching windows in return of projection; part glazed early C20 door with fanlight to bay 3, set under
lead-covered flat timber hood. Interior not seen.
