Portion of larger house. Probably late C18. Rendered, with ashlar rusticated corner pilasters; hipped Welsh slate roof;
rendered chimney stacks with moulded stone caps. 2 storeys, 3 bay North elevation. 16-pane sash windows in plain
openings: wide reeded surround to lower bay 2 adapted for later C20 door and window. latching 2 bays return on West
side, with C20 French door and sidelight to lower bay 2. Interior not seen.
