Water mill. C19, possibly with earlier front portion. Local stone coursed rubble, plain clay tile roof in two part,
that nearest the road half hipped over stone slate base courses. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays random fenestration to
East. 2-light casement windows under exposed timber lintols, with no window lower bay 1; between bays 1 and 2 a
semi-circular arch, set low, over the watercourse; water wheel sent away for restoration (March 1984). In North end
doors to ground and first floor, casements to ground floor and attic. C19 extension Westwards. South gable has diagonal
corner buttresses with offsets of uncertain date. Interior modified.
