Semi-detached house. Early C19. Cary stone rubble with brick window surrounds and Doulting ashlar quoins; hipped roof
with triple-roll clay tiles; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Sash windows of 16 panes below, and above
3-light horizontal bar casement windows, all with keystoned voussoired brick flat arched heads; between bays a 6- panel
door in plain ashlar surround, under a flat stone hood on simple brackets. Interior not seen. Attached on north side is
Greenhills Guest House (qv) with which and Hill House (qv) this property forms a good group.
