Detached farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone rubble, coursed, with Doulting stone dressings; hipped plain clay tile roof;
ashlar chimney stacks set diagonally. Single storey with attics, 3-bay south elevation. Thin wave- mould mullioned
windows having pointed arched lights with solid spandrils under flat arches with labels, 3-light to outer bays, and
2-light in gabled dormer over central bay; central projecting gabled porch, plain flat arched opening, inner part
glazed door; further gabled attic windows on side elevations. Interior not seen. Probably an early model farm: the
outbuildings to north (qv) very little changed.
