Cary Fruit and Greens, and house attached

GV II

House and shop. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond, colourwashed; Welsh slate roof between coped gables, no chimney
stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Above 12-pane sash windows in plain openings with painted stone cills; below a C19
shopfront with windows of different design - to left an angled bay with angled fascia, cornice mould and flat roof; to
right a 6-pane display window with side pilasters, shallow fascia and simple hood over, on end corbel brackets; between
bays a glazed door with plain opening, with nameboard over. Interior not seen. Included primarily for group and
streetscape value.
