Semi-detached cottage, probably 2 formerly. Late C18. Cary stone rubble; triple roll clay tile roofs between coped
gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys; 4 bays irregular fenestration, bays 1 and 2 set at lower levels. Leaded
casement windows of early date, with iron-framed opening lights; 2-light to bays 1 and 2, 3-light to bays 3 and 4, all
under timber lintols; to lower bay 2, right of an unaligned window, a C20 fully glazed door under timber lintol: many
straight joints in front elevation. Interior not seen. Included primarily for group and streetscape value, being
positioned on important corner.
