Detached cottage. C18. Cary stone rubble, coursed; uneven thatched roof with coped west gable; brick end chimney
stacks. 'L'-plan: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Small-pane casement windows of 2 lights; lower bay 2 has late C20 stone and tile
enclosed porch; some brick patching to gable. Northwards rear extension with half-hipped thatched roof, lean-to in
return angle. Interior not seen.
