3/153 Elm Tree Cottage

Detached cottage. Dated 1725. Local stone, rendered and colourwashed; thatched roof with coped west gable, brick
chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Horizontal bar casement windows; 3-light to bay 1, otherwise 2-light, with added
windows below between baysi upper windows cut into thatch; between bays 1 and 2 pair glazed doors under timber lintol:
datestone 1.P.1725 under eaves between bays 2 and 3: C20 extension to east. Interior not seen.
