Row cottages. Probably early C18. Local stone roughly squared and coursed, parts of Nos 5 and 6 formerly rendered;
thatched roof with plain gables; brick chimney stacks, that shared by Nos 4 and 5 rendered. Two storeys, 3 bays
irregular fenestration. Casement windows of several types and dates: to No. 4 (right-hand house) all horizontal bar
casements, 2 and 3-light above and a 3-light below, door to left; adjoining door to No. 5 right of a 3-light small-pane
casement, with two 2-light casements above; No. 6 has a 2-light horizontal bar casement to each level, with door to
right; exposed timber lintols to all ground floor openings. East gable to No. 4 rendered. Outshuts to rear. Interiors
not seen.
