Detached farmhouse, currently divided into two dwellings. c1830. Local stone rendered and ashlar-lined;
hipped Welsh slate roof; rendered chimney stacks. In a villa style. Two storeys, 3 bays by 3 bays.
Plinth, rusticated quoins; 16-pane sash windows in plain surrounds; central doorway with reeded architrave
to 6-panel door with rectangular fanlight over: lean-to extension on west side with 3-light casements
in segmental arched openings, the upper window leaded. Interior not seen. Six metres to north of house
a low brick wall in Flemish bond with ashlar copings, capped with wrought-iron rails, square
with plain points, with intermediate braced panels having circles and acanthus
decoration, adding to setting of house.
