Detached cottage. Dated 1786. Ham stone cut and squared; thatched roof with stepped coped gable, a later extension to
the north having double Roman clay tiies: brick chimney stacks. Two storeys with attics: 2-bay east elevation at right
angles to road. Three-light leaded casement windows with iron-framed opening lights, the lower windows with timber
lintels; between bays a C20 stone porch with hipped thatched roof and C20 door and window. South gable has C20 3-light
casements to ground and first floors. and a small oval window to attic; in the gable crown a datestone inscribed
H/GA/1786. Late C19 early C20 2-bay extension northwards with small-pane casement windows. Interior not inspected.
