Semi-detached cottage. C18, possibly with earlier fragments. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; thatched roof
with abutment to east, hipped to west; truncated brick chimney stack. 'L'-plan; Two storeys, 2 bays. To ground floor,
bay 1, a 3-light chamfer-mullioned window in chamfered recess with label. Blocked opening to bay 2, with a C19
part-glared door in beaded ashlar surround to left of bay 1, To first floor are a 3-light and a 2-light horizontal-bar
casement window. Plain west flank, extension to rear. Interior not seen. (Attached on west side is No 45 (qv)).
