House in row. Probably C18, reshaped in C19. Ham stone, large stones roughly cut and squared, with brick linings;
double Roman clay tiled roof with abutment to east and continuation to west, ornamental terra-cotta ridge. Two storeys,
2 bays. Sash windows, of 20 and 16 panes to first floor, and of 16 larger panes to lower bay 1 with slightly
segmental-arched opening. C20 door in plain opening having timber lintol, to lower bay 2. Interior not seen. (Attached
to east side are Nos 46 and 47 (qv)).
