ST41SW MERRIOTT CP BOOZER PIT (North side)

2/100 Beech Tree Farmhouse

GV II

Detached farmhouse. Late C18/early C19, modified in early C20. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings;
Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys with attics, 3 bays. Plain beaded
mullioned windows in shallow architraves with C20 steel casements set in, 3-light to outer bays and 2-light to upper
bay 2. To lower bay 2 a gabled stone porch to match, with C20 part-glazed outer door. Extension to rear north-east
corner; outshut to remainder. Interior not seen.
