Cottage at end of row, set back from the others to west. Early C19. Ham stone near-ashlar facade, coursed rubble to
sides and rear; Welsh slate roof with stepped coped gable to east, abutment to west; brick end chimney stacks. Two
storeys, 3 bays. Beaded mullioned windows of 3 lights in plain ashlar surrounds, rectangular-leaded with iron-framed
opening lights. To lower bay 2 a plain boarded door in recess with beaded surround. Plain east gable; lean-to at rear.
Interior not seen. About 2 metres north of house are wrought-iron railings with spearpoint tops, set on low stone wall;
opposite doorway a matching gate having semi-circular braces, the supporting iron posts having urn finials; angled
return to north-east corner of house.
