Detached house. C19, but in C17 style. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof between coped
gables; ashalar end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. 0volo-mould mullioned windows in chamfered recesses with
separate labels, 4-light to outer bays and 2-light to upper bay 2. To lower bay 2 a moulded cambered-arched doorway
with label, and studded boarded door up 3 steps. Matching windows to east and west gables, and to rear; lean-to garage
against rear wall. Interior not seen.
