GV II

Water pump. C19. Cast iron. Circular pillar with collar; fluted top with fluted dome and acorn finial; spout with
bucket stay, and full handle complete with end knob. The makers name 'Warners' cast into spout. Situated against the
north-east gable of No 82c Lower Street (not listed) at the entrance of Tail Mill Lane, it is one of several such pumps
in the village, and is included primarily for group value in this part of the village.
