GV II

Detached farmhouse. Early C19. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to sides and rear; Welsh slate roof between
stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in chamfered
recesses, all 3-light with labels, iron-framed opening lights. Plain doorway with beaded surround to lower bay 2, up 3
steps to boarded door. Single-storey lean-to against west gable, with small casement window above. Interior not
seen.
