Detached cottage. Probably early C19. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings; plain clay tiles with bands
of scalloped tiles between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stack to south gable. Two storeys, 2 bays.
Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in chamfered surrounds, with inserted horizontal- bar casements, 2-light except ground
floor bay 2 which is 3-light, the lower windows having labels. Entrance in north gable, with an ovolo-and-ogee moulded
elliptical-arched doorway, under square label, with incised spandrils. Small extension on north-east corner under
monopitch roof, having matching 2-light mullioned window without label. Lean-to extension at rear. Interior not
seen.
