Row of three cottages. Late C18/early C19. Ham stone roughly cut and squared; double Roman clay tiled roofs between stepped coped gables; brick chimney sticks. Two storeys, two bays each house. To ground floor, similar casements in flat-arched openings with stone voussoired beads, the windows to No 48 no longer leaded. To first floor, three-light rectangular-leaded casement windows with iron-framed opening lights, under timber lintels. Doorways between bays to each house, having boarded doors on heavy frames, with an open timber and tiled porch to No 49.
