Detached farmhouse. C18 and C19. Ham stone ashlar and near-ashlar; Welsh slate roofs between stepped coped gables;
brick and chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2+3 bays. North section probably C19, set lower, 2 bays: hollow-chamfer
mullioned windows in chartered recesses, rectangular headed, to first floor 3-light without labels, and to ground floor
4- and 3-light with labels. To left of bay 1 a C20 part-glazed door in plain opening. South section probably C18, the
roof higher but of shallower pitch. 12-pane sash windows in plain openings. To lower bay 2 part-glazed door with
fanlight in semi-circular arched opening, protected by a gabled open stone porch having semi-circular outer arch.
