Detached farmhouse. Late Cl7/early C19. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiles between
stepped coped gables, with indications that roof has been raised; ashlar end chimney stacks: Two storeys, 4 bays.
Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in chamfered recesses, 3-light to ground floor bays 1 and 2, and first floor bays 3
and 4, with pairs of 2-light windows to lower bays 3 and 4, and 3-light rectangular-folded casement windows to first
floor bays 1 and 2; separate labels to ground floor bays 1 and 2, thereafter a shared label over bays 3 End 4, stepped
up over a cambered arched doorway between bays 2/3, which has a C20 door. Plain gables to each end. Interior not
seen.
