Cottage. Early C19. Local stone cut and squared, with Ham stone
dressings; plain clay tiles over stone base course between coped gables,
ridge forming hip to centre to accommodate roof behind; brick chimney
stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. Central 6-fielded panel door with half-oval
arch over with fanlight, protected by simple wrought iron porch with
sheet metal roof; 16-pane sash windows in plain raised surrounds. 1
metre from house, cast iron railings of early C19 set on stone base,
simple balusters with cast acanthus caps, a number missing; floriated
and raised "gate posts" with ornamental spear tops; matching gates.
