House. Early C17. Local stone, roughly squared and random coursed, with
Ham stone dressings; plain clay tile roof running into that of No 1
Church Walk (qv), with coped West gable. 2-storey, 2-bays. Entrance
left, through former 2-light window by C19 door; right a 4-light ovolo
moulded mullioned window under a label/string course shared with the
doorway; above right a 3-light mullioned window without label, and left
a timber casement window probably C18, with rectangular leaded panes;
further mullioned windows to rear. Part of a range known collectively as
the Old Rectory.
