4/10000 GRANARY TO SOUTH EAST OF
WEST MUDFORD FARMHOUSE

GV II

Granary. C18, altered early C19. Timber-framed with brick
infill, set on staddle stones and with early C19 replacement
brick walling; hipped plain tile roof. 2 storeys. C19 plank
door and 2 light window openings. Interior noted as having
quarter-turn winder stairs, some shutters to windows and a side
purlin roof. A good example of a substantial 2-storey granary,
having group value with the early C18 West Mudford Farmhouse.
