Semi-detached cottage. C17 with modifications. Local lias stone roughly squared and coursed, Ham stone ashlar
dressings; clay pantiles between abutment to west and coped gable to east, plain clay tiles to rear; brick end chimney
stacks. 2 storeys, 2-bay south elevation. Hollow chamfer mullioned windows of 3-lights except lower-bay 2 which is
4-light, with separate lintols above and shared below. In return east elevation modern small-pane casement windows and
glazed door in random arrangement. Interior not seen. Attached on west gable to Roselyn (qv).
