Semi-detached cottage. Early C19. Local lias stone roughly squared and coursed; clay pantiles with plain gables; brick
end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3-bay south elevation, of which bay 1 is a lower, later addition. 16-pane sash windows
in plain opening with dovetail end stone lintols, bays 2 and 3; bay 1 has small-pane casements; lower-bay 3 has glazed
door set in deep reveal. Interior not seen. Attached on east gable is East Lyn (qv).
