Detached house. Early C19. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof between stepped coped gables; one brick
and one stone end chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3-bay south elevation. 16-pane sash windows in plain openings with
voussoired flat arch heads; central door with stone, rustic timber and plain clay tiled open porch; single-storey
extensions to north west corner and rear; outbuildings on north east corner. Interior not seen.
